LET'S HELP RESIDENTS OF MAHALLAH RUQAYYAH TO HAVE A PROPER, CONVENIENT AND SYSTEMATIC PARCEL COLLECTION POINT!

This campaign is for raising funds for our Community Engagement Project (CEP) that will be executed in Mahallah Ruqayyah IIUM Gombak. Please find herewith the official approval letter of the crowndfunding:

With respect to the above matter, we hereby attache a picture of the current place and condition of the collection point:

From what we can see and observe, the current point is messy, untidy and not pleasent to the eyes as well as the space is insufficient to cater the daily parcels. Besides, there are few parcels were put on the Quran disposal box (the green box on the left) which is inappropriate. 

Therefore, we would like to execute the solution by providing a rack equipped with trays to keep the parcels. The details are as follows:

1. Material: A high tensile and power coated rack
2. Levels: A 4-tier rack
3. Trays: 4 trays for each level except for the lowest level where it will be specialised for putting large and fragile parcels
4. Measurement: 150cm H x 40 cm D x 210cm L

With that being said, after further considering of all the related additional costs such as shipping and fuel which were exclude in the preliminary and proforma budget (as in the proposal and crowdfund official letter), we are in need of fund amounting to RM300.00 to support the expenses.
