The recent monsoon season has caused widespread flooding in various parts of Malaysia, leaving a significant impact on many communities. States such as Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah, and other affected regions have borne the brunt of this natural disaster, with homes submerged, possessions lost, and families displaced. Among those severely impacted are our fellow students and members of the COMRADE Club. This catastrophe has not only disrupted their daily lives but also placed them in urgent need of support. As university students, we understand the importance of standing together during difficult times, and we are committed to doing our part to help alleviate their struggles.

         In response to this crisis, the COMRADE Club has launched a fundraising initiative to provide financial aid and essential support to those affected. All funds raised through this effort will be allocated equally among affected students, ensuring fairness and transparency in our distribution process. Our primary goal is to address their immediate needs, such as food, clothing, and temporary shelter, while also offering long-term support as they work to rebuild their lives. We believe that by pooling our resources and efforts, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of our peers who are facing immense hardship.

         We are dedicated to ensure the highest level of transparency and accountability in managing the funds collected. To uphold this commitment, we will maintain detailed records of all donations and disbursements. This initiative is not merely about providing financial assistance; it reflects our shared responsibility as university students to uplift one another in times of crisis. By coming together as a unified community, we can extend hope, strength, and meaningful support to those who need it most. We encourage everyone to contribute to this cause, no matter how big or small, as every effort will make a significant impact in helping our peers rebuild their lives.
