The IIUM UNESCO CLUB's UNESCO CARE 3.0 programme is the club's flagship programme, and it aims to help the international education-focused society by reaching out to education institutions in need. The programme will be carried out during Ramadan as these communities require assistance during this time. Facility refurbishment and renovation will be done in the hopes that it will alleviate their burden and provide comfortable facilities for students while they learn. 

To achieve equal access to quality education, providing better facilities and academic materials would be beneficial in breaking free from the cycle of educational poverty. Educational poverty occurs when students lack access to sufficient resources such as well-equipped educational facilities, libraries, and classes, limiting their learning potential and perpetuating educational disparities. Thus, unequal access to educational facilities can be cured by helping out the educational institutions' facilities, visited daily by both students and teachers, serve as the hub for knowledge acquisition and academic engagement.

We will organize a programme namely Unesco Care 3.0 at Tibyan Integrated Islamic School located at Jalan Jernai, Medan Idaman, Kuala Lumpur. The school is also known as a Somali Community School where it has approximately 150 male and female students. The school is a two-story shop lot that has been renovated into school-like facilities where the classes are held inside the building in which the space is divided into a few rooms for the classrooms. There are four programs conducted in the school which are pre-school and grade 1 until 8 classes. This demonstrates how frequently both students and teachers use the classrooms for regular class processes. As a result, some of the facilities are in bad condition for the students and the teachers to utilise such as the shoe racks and doors are broken, floors are moulded, insufficient bins for daily usage and limited academic materials.

Thus, this programme aims to help this refugee school achieve a better quality of education by improving the institution's facilities. Hopefully, this mission will put students and teachers at ease and improve their daily educational experiences, removing obstacles to obtaining a high-quality education.
